One of our 3rd grade teacher's, Rebecca, threw her mother a 60th birthday party. I decided to go with poinsettia's since it was a burgundy and gold color scheme. This was the first time I had ever made butter cream poinsettias. I used an extra large leaf tip. I used a double shell border for the top of both tiers to give a more classic look.
